______

The mental health crisis in America (and Colorado) is real:

Behavioral health issues are on the rise with 65 million Americans suffering from mood & anxiety disorders and 30 million struggling with eating disorders.

Mental health is especially important to Colorado employers because our state had the third-highest incidence of mental illness in America in 2018.

Eating Recovery Center (ERC)/Pathlight Behavior Health has developed innovative insurance-covered programs that help sufferers develop the skills and tools they need to successfully address and manage eating/behavior disorders. The program has been rapidly expanding across the country with the backing of its private equity partners.

Here’s your chance to learn about the mental health challenges facing the modern workforce, and about the expansion of one company’s platform to help employers address this crisis.

ABOUT OUR GUEST

Rebecca Steinfort serves as CEO of Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center, a private equity-backed organization offering mental healthcare services to patients suffering from more severe forms of eating and mood disorders. Headquartered in Denver, ERC/Pathlight operates 30 facilities across 7 states and is growing rapidly to expand access to the millions of Americans needing its insurance-covered mental health services. Rebecca joined ERC/Pathlight in March 2018 with a charter to re-tool the organization’s operating infrastructure to enable rapid growth while preserving the high-quality care the organization has offered since its inception 12 years ago.

Prior to this role, Rebecca spent a decade in various executive-level roles in multi-site healthcare services businesses, including CEO of Hero Practice Services (a PE-backed dental practice management company), Chief Operating Officer at Paladina Health (a direct primary care start-up within DaVita), and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer of DaVita’s dialysis business. Prior to DaVita, Rebecca was Chief Marketing Officer at Quiznos and spent 6 years at Level 3 Communications.

Rebecca earned her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1997 and her BS in Political Science with Distinction from Princeton University and subsequently worked with Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. Rebecca currently serves as a director and Audit Committee member at National Storage Affiliates (NYSE: NSA), a Denver-based Self-Storage REIT, and has previously held similar board positions for Milacron Holdings (NYSE: MCRN) and Nature’s Sunshine (NASD: NATR).
