Legal Issues for Startups covers crucial financing documents such as a Convertible Note and a SAFE, and also covers what NOT to do when setting up your Startup and how best to reduce risk.

Our panelists Morarveed Salehpour and Louis Wharton, will focus on financing documents such as a Convertible Note and a SAFE.

Panelist Nancy McCullough will focus on what to do and what not to do when beginning your Startup as it pertains to founder and employee shares, ownership of intellectual property (IP), and other lessons that Nancy has learned through her extensive experience in counseling and litigating Startup founder and IP disputes.
