Salary negotiations can feel an opaque and confusing endeavor, especially when working for a startup. This webinar will focus on how to know your worth, how to prepare for salary conversations, and how to get organized throughout the negotiations process. We will focus on knowing your worth, articulating your value and negotiating without fear through a startup lens. We’ll also breakdown the fundamentals of a salary in a start up, which may include equity and stocks.

Cynthia Medina Carson, CEO Wager is a Salary Transparency Maven, Career Advocate, and Organizational Growth Expert. Cynthia started Wager because she saw firsthand how the lack of salary transparency created information barriers and anxiety in the workplace.
