With a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School (2011), Carlos assumed the role of CEO of Travelers Haven in January 2020. He currently leads the strategic direction and guided the company through the pandemic. Operating at the center of a number of critical industries has required adaptability and steadfast leadership.
